Freelance Clinical Programme Manager - UK

We currently require a freelance Clinical Programme Manager for a 6 month (potentially rolling) contract in London for a global pharmaceutical company.

This is an early phase Clinical Programme Manager opportunity, offering 6 month 1.0FTE based out of my clients London office, in an effort to initiate multiple global studies during the centralisation of all global R&D programmes to be driven from the EU R

* 7 years minimum global project management experience , ideally in early phase clinical research/studies
* Track record of delivering clinical studies to time, quality standards and budget
* Experience in managing a team, and mentoring/training team members
* Additional industry-related qualifications
* Analytical Skills -ability to identify the critical issues of problems or opportunities using appropriate information
* Budget Management - ability to develop an operating budget to monitor and control expenditures
* Leadership Skills - ability to manage people and lead cross-functional teams through effective working relationships; ability to manage the changing needs of the program
