Our client requires an experienced "Freedom of Information" (FOI) Manager to lead on a number of FOI cases within the health sector. You should have proven experience gained within the health or public services sector dealing with the management of clinical data and FOI requests. You should be familiar with clinical and information governance issues and have a good understanding of the Freedom of Information Act and Data Protection Act 1988. Working as part of a small team you will lead on all aspect of FOIA in line with the relevant legislations. A background in Information Governance, Information Security or Record Management within public services is also highly beneficial.
