Fraud Detection Team Leader

Part Time. Working pattern: Key Time-FTR 17:30-00:00 (22 hours per week Monday-Sunday)

As a Barclays Fraud Detection Team Leader, you'll be working in a fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same. Acting as a role model to your team, and helping with their development, this is a customer-centric role, ensuring our customers have a great experience, every time. Heading up a team of Telephony Personal Bankers, we'll look to you to inspire them to perform at their best, as they balance identifying and meeting callers' needs with generating value for the bank.

Our contact centre teams depend on their leaders for inspiration and guidance as well as the coaching of key skills. You'll drive and oversee all of the measurable key performance indicators to lead and motivate your team, playing a significant part in their personal development.

As a Fraud Detection Team Leader, your main responsibilities will involve:

* Providing support, advice and direction to your team, giving them the skills they need to develop both personally and professionally

* Driving an excellent service, where our customers' needs are always met with the best solution for them

* Collaborating with colleagues across the business, and building your own knowledge and competencies by assisting senior management

* Identifying and implementing innovative ways to maintain and improve our contact centre performance

As a Fraud Detection Team Leader, your skills and qualifications will include:

* A proven record in a customer-facing sales or service role

* Experience of leading a high performing, customer-focused team

* An understanding of basic coaching and training techniques
