Our client requires a Fraud Customer Service Agent to be based onsite in Northampton, for a 2 month contract, for £8.50 per hour.
LOCATION: Northampton
DURATION: 2 months
RATE: £8.50 per hour
ROLE OUTLINE:
Undertake a range of customer and other fraud related calls, processing and administration activities, in order to maximise fraud prevention, service excellence and business performance
You will be:
- Resolving and escalating customer, colleague and other queries, dealing with unique tasks in accordance with company policy and procedures to deliver an excellent customer service and achieve centre performance targets;
- Working with Team colleagues to enable the delivery of consistently high standards of 'seamless' customer service and achievement of customer service targets, giving and receiving information without confusion or misinterpretation;
- Undertaking administrative and investigatory activities to ensure effective, efficient and compliant operation of the team and the Centre, in doing so actively reducing fraud losses;
- Taking inbound and making outbound calls as necessary to obtain information, investigate and resolve queries ensuring customers are dealt with quickly and efficiently whilst minimising losses to the business.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Knowledge of systems and procedures operating within similar environments;
- Ability to analyse queries and make informed decisions;
- Previous experience working in a customer service, high volume role
- Shown a willingness and ability to learn;
- Worked as part of a team;
- Worked in an environment that has enabled them to gain an understanding and knowledge of the Financial Services markets and the products, services and the customer of the business area being supported.
