FRAUD ADVISOR

THE PURPOSE OF MY ROLE IS TO:

Undertake a range of customer and other fraud related calls, processing and administration activities, in order to maximise fraud prevention, service excellence and business performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Resolving and escalating customer, colleague and other queries, dealing with unique tasks in accordance with company policy and procedures to deliver an excellent customer service and achieve centre performance targets.

Work with Team colleagues to enable the delivery of consistently high standards of seamless customer service and achievement of customer service targets, giving and receiving information without confusion or misinterpretation.

Addressing and where appropriate escalating to Team leaders or other areas to achieve the best possible outcome for the customer and the business in line with Regulation, client policy and best practice

Developing the necessary skills & Knowledge to successfully achieve delivery and provide accurate and current advice and appropriate support to colleagues and customers.

Undertaking administrative and investigatory activities to ensure effective, efficient and compliant operation of the team and the Centre. Actively reducing fraud losses.
