Franchise Bid Support Coordinator

Franchise Bid Support Coordinator - Transportation Sector.
Location: Central London.
Rate : up to £400 a day
Length of assignment : 3-6 months +

THE ROLE Reporting to the Bid Director the role will entail assisting the Bid Director and the team with managing bids the and ensuring a full understanding of bid requirements within the applicants field of knowledge. The successful applicant will also co-ordinate bid team resources to produce the required deliverables. Working in the Rail Industry our clients Franchise bid team require some one to join their team who has experience of : Human Resources Change Management Organisational Culture And preferably experience of the Rail Industry EFQM - European Foundation Quality Management Preferably with experience of bid's and tenders

Additional responsibilities : Monitor progress Assist in the completion of relevant documents. Assist with the production of monthly reports highlighting issues and work currently
being undertaken. Prepare and produce high quality documents. Assist with formatting final bid documents. Proof read various bid documents. Ensure all information and documents are stored on the internal database. Additional person skills Experience of working in a franchises/bid team environment or similar role. Experience working in a project based environment. Excellent attention to detail. High level of computer literacy.
