* Proven track record of successful Frameworki finance module implementation
* Experience working in a Children's social care delivery environment with an understanding of Looked After Children Placement and Children with Disabilities Direct Payment processes
* A competent user of the Frameworki admin tools with ability to build and configure the system to the required Children's finance processes
* A comprehensive understanding of terminologies used within Frameworki finance and their application to the finance build including Service Groups, Services and Elements.
