Framework Analyst - Secret Clearance

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a FRAMEWORK ANALYST to join our client in Arlington, VA.

POSSESSION OF A SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED AS A CONDITION FOR EMPLOYMENT.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Deliver a demonstration framework that includes the formal and informal evaluations of a solution's capabilities and features as compared to the functional requirements provided by the Contractor, stakeholder or functional proponent.
- Deliver a framework that includes evaluation criteria framework based on the requirements (eg, functional, technical, etc.) that allows the evaluation of the solution against the requirements. -Provide a rank or score for the solution against the criteria (The framework shall also capture features, functions, and services that are not specified by the requirements and make recommendations based on observations as well as documented requirements).
- Deliver a piloting framework that includes a formal and informal but thorough evaluation of the solution's capabilities, features, and limitations and liabilities as compared to the documented functional requirements provided by the Contractor, stakeholder or functional proponent.
- Deliver a piloting framework that includes performance evaluations (eg, load/scale), security evaluations, or limited penetration testing as well as functionality evaluation.
- Deliver a piloting framework that includes evaluation criteria based on the functional requirements, allow the piloting of multiple solutions against the requirements, and providing a rank or score for the solutions against the criteria.
- Provide a testing framework that encompasses formal and extensive evaluations of a solutions capabilities, functions, performance, features, limitations, and liabilities relative to the requirements provided.
- Provide a testing framework that arranges tests into a number of broad categories including.
- Provide a test framework that includes the ability to graphically display the status of all current testing activities as well as track historic trends of tests performed.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Seven (7) or more years of experience performing formal test, pilots, and demonstrations.
- Three (3) or more years IT program management experience in Army, DoD, or IC.
- SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE.
- Knowledge of industry best practices for formal test methodologies.
- Experience in a DoD or IC Information Technology environment.
- Knowledge of researching and fielding new and innovative technology.
- Knowledge formally testing or formally evaluating complex IT solutions.
- Knowledge of technical writing, developing functional, technical, and security requirements.
- Knowledge of test procedures, test criterion, test procedures, success criteria, analysis of alternatives, and executive recommendations.
- Experience in piloting cutting edge innovative technology in a controlled environment
- Knowledge of industry best practices for formal test methodologies.
- Experience in a DoD or IC Information Technology environment.
- Knowledge of researching and fielding new and innovative technology.
- Knowledge formally testing or formally evaluating complex IT solutions.
- Knowledge of technical writing, developing functional, technical, and security requirements.
