I am urgently looking for someone with excellent FpML skills.
To cover a 4 months + contract in Central London.
Position is a Design role which will involve speaking to various parties to both design the format of the messages and agree data contracts.
My customer's project has 15 or so interfaces identified. They have Apps Tech resource in place to build the interface and the staff to build the Legacy systems side. What they are lacking is MiddleWare staff, in particular they need a resource to agree the data contracts between the two parties and develop the fpml templates for each interface.
FPML (FINANCIAL PRODUCTS MARKUP LANGUAGE) is an XML message standard for the OTC Derivatives industry. All categories of privately negotiated derivatives will eventually be included within the standard.
