Roc Searches Client, a Railway technology company based in Cheshire, are currently recruiting for a FPGA/VHDL Engineer for a 3 month contract. The organisation is in the implementation stage of developing a train protection system and has an urgent requirement to assist the existing Hardware & Software Engineering team with the final stages of the project.
My client is seeking a candidate who has previous experience with Altera Cyclone 5 SOC with ARM SOC HPS processor. So far their issues have all occurred in the ARM FPGA interface Hard Process System (HPS). The role will involve a few weeks gathering a deep understanding of the product with the existing team before assisting with the final implementation of the design.
