My Cambridge based client is looking to hire an additional FPGA Design Engineer to supplement there existing team. This organisation has experienced significant growth in the recent years and as a result is looking to continue recruiting contract staff. This organisation has continuing investment both financially and intellectually resulting in a rapid growth in there market share.

Within this role you'll be working within a multidisciplinary team of FPGA Design Engineers and Software Engineers focusing on developing and expanding the companies product range. You'll be working solely with Xilinx FPGAs and developing high speed Ethernet connections.

Essential Skills:
FPGA Design
Xilinx FPGAs
VHDL or Verilog
Modelsim

Desirable Skills:
PCIe
10gbe Ethernet
Verification of FPGAs

This is an exciting opportunity to work within an organisation that has experienced rapid growth over recent years and only expects this to continue. There is significant potential for a longer term contract that could last up to 12 months.
