FP&A Manager

Robert Half Management Resources are looking to engage with an FP&A Interim Consultant to support an organisation in Oxford.

The individual will assume leadership and responsibility of all key financial planning activities including budgeting, forecasting, maintaining the long-term operational plan and cash flow forecasting. Your primary role will be to develop the financial planning and analysis function, having demonstrably developed such processes on previous recent occasions. You will lead the periodic forecasting and budgeting cycles and support ad hoc projects with relevant analysis as and when required.

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) and able to fit seamlessly into a stressed environment and work collaboratively with a team that requires strategic direction. Sector experience is not essential, however technical competence and an ability to bring an FP&A function to life most certainly are.

Duration: 3-6 months
