IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Play a key role in the pharmaceutical development of injectable and solid dosage formulations
-Design, plan, perform, interpret and report results of scientific experiments for the preparation and timely delivery of drug products (incl. GMP manufacturing)
-Lead and manage all project activities, participate in scientific teams and contribute to the overall technical research and development strategies and goals
-Ensure that high quality products are developed applying state of the art technologies
-Drive robust formulations and processes through optimization, scale-up and validation work

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Strong scientific focus and background in pharmaceutical development and formulation
-Broad experience in the development of injectable dosage formulations and solid dosage forms
-Excellent project management skills
-Successfully demonstrated track record of creativity and problem solving in projects
-Strong knowledge of relevant GMP regulations and policies
-Good understanding of CMC and regulatory strategies highly preferred
-Excellent communication skills, organizational, planning and negotiation skills
-We expect the candidate to be able to communicate fluently in English
