Forecasting, Performance & Analysis Manager - Sports & Movies

The Customer Management Strategy establishing & communicating how Sky will perform in the future, recommending changes that will improve performance and helping Sky deliver the trading targets we set ourselves.

We are now seeking a Forecasting, Performance & Analysis Manager to join the team to effectively produce and communicate accurate, reliable & timely churn and relevant calls forecasts of Sky's Sky Sports & Sky Movies customers. The Forecasting, Performance & Analysis Manager will produce and share analysis in the recommendation of changes that we can make to improve reactive retention performance and become the first point of contact and analysis hub for churn related questions for the wider business.

Required Experience

The successful candidate will be a highly numerate and analytical individual with a proven track record of producing and delivering forecasts, analysis and insight on customer churn within a sales driven culture, ideally within a subscription based industry, broadband/telecoms highly desirable. It is essential that the Forecasting, Performance & Analysis Manager has excellent communication skills and the ability manage multiple stakeholders.
