As Contact Centre Demand Manager for one of Europe's leading airlines in Luton you will be responsible for all forecasting activities associated with customers. Reporting to the Head of Contact Centres you will need to create, maintain and forecast models, incorporating BI and forecast information gathered from flight scheduling, marketing, finance and county managers along with other sources.

To successfully achieve this, you will need to foster a collaborative and consensual approach working with Scheduling, Marketing and Customer Finance to obtain and guarantee that information used for demand forecasting is accurate and current. Forecasting will need to be continually refined along with the systems and methods used to forecast so that the business can better anticipate changing customer needs. In addition to this, cross-functional research will need to be coordinated by you to reconcile significant variances in order to refine forecasting to reflect updated assumptions.

You will also need to contribute to budgetary modelling and reflect the accuracy of the original budget to the current operational delivery of the business. Delivery will need to managed, coordinated and influenced from planning/MI teams not necessarily within your own sphere of influence in order to ensure Contact Centre Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are delivered.

To be considered for this role you will need to have the following skills/experience;

- You will be an experienced planning professional with previous experience of building forecasting models across channels and customer demand types
- Familiar with statistics and management information technology
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills required to communicate complex ideas and concepts to senior business leaders
- Previous experience of transitions or setting up new sites along with working within the BPO sector would be an advantage but not essential
