Forecasting Analyst

Candidates with call center experience and call center functions are highly sought after. Must have forecasting experience and experience with building forecasting methodology models. Candidate will be building forecasting models and reporting metrics for the call center operations globally. Potential travel.

SKILLS:
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

- BS Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Grad school, MBA preferred.
- 8+ years experience forecasting, creating models (with Excel) and methodologies, and working with international/regional leads.
- Experience working internationally, or working with teams worldwide is highly preferred.
- Prefers experience with large call centers.
- Need to understand how call centers work.
- Candidate will be reporting for all call centers globally.
- Candidate must be willing to travel internationally, up to 10%.

SKILLS:

- Must be able to communicate effectively.
- Candidate will be linking up between different regions and departments, therefore communications skills are very important for this role.
- Must be organized with ability to multi-task.
- Oracle and Google Analytics desired
