A leading facilities management company is seeking to recruit a technical administrator to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis. This role is to act as technical support for various contracts working closely with the helpdesk and contractors to ensure open works are investigated and resolved in a timely manner to reduce the amount of contact.

Experience of Maximo or similar FM hard software systems. Good knowledge of Microsoft word, outlook and Excel. Excellent communication skills and technical knowledge such as dealing with invoices and PPM's. Ability to work to timescales and under pressure. Previous experience of working within a hard FM environment is desirable.
