Roc Search is urgently recruiting for an Operations Manager to join a truly exciting client of mine based in Brentwood, Essex. A 3 month rolling contract, with the possibility of going permanent is available for an immediately available candidate.

This position is to sit within my client's successful facilities management/property services and provide a bridge of communication between the many teams.

The main responsibilities will be to;

Bridge the gap in communication and organisation of the FM department
Provide strategic improvements
Understanding of the M&E/FM function
Processed driven - implementing/designing processes and controls
Excellent communication & documentation skills
