We have an exciting job opportunity available based near Central London for an international client of ours who are global leaders in customer service outsourcing. They boasts millions of customers world-wide and are constantly expanding.

The client is looking for a Fluent French Team Leader to work on their brand new campaign within the food industry and you will be in charge of a whole new team. You will thrive on working in a fast-paced environment for the well established company. You will need to able to communicate in English as well as French.

They are looking for excellent individual in a managerial role within the customer service sector for a full time permanent role.

Full support and training is excellent and it is fully paid.

Key Responsibilities:
*Effective management and leadership of the team on a daily basis. Liaise with other Team Leaders to ensure the smooth running of the department.
*To communicate effectively to agents and ensure all staff are engaged and motivated to meet department business objectives
*Management of daily KPI performance and remedial action to ensure we meet targets.
* Coach, develop and ensure all staff have personal developments plans.
*Ability to resolve difficult customer enquiries and a willingness to take over difficult customer calls and bring to a successful conclusion.
*Continually assess and improve agents knowledge by feedback, development plans and the provisions of 121 meetings.
*Perform quality monitoring of agents by assessing a sample of calls, emails and live chats and making against agreed quality guidelines.

General Knowledge and skills:
*Must be fluent in English and French
*Have excellent communication skill both verbal and written
*Prove experience as a Team Leader/ Team management experience within a Call Centre environment
* Have experience working within a customer service environment handling inbound and outbound calls
* Able to work under pressure and ability to deliver results
* Have the ability to multi-task, plan and prioritise workload
* Good motivation and communication skills
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft packages
