Fluent French & English E-Learning Trainer (Group Learning)

Fluent French & English E-learning Trainer required (either live France or UK) contract 3 months

- Advanced Word, Excel, Outlooka staff-facing Caseload Management System, a customer (jobseeker) facing website, and an E-learning platform used by both staff and customers (the product for this is Fuse). The business will also be using a new suite of SSRS MI/BI reports, created to meet the specific requirements of this contract.

As part of the joint French Operations and IT Team, The IT trainer will be responsible for the design and delivery of high quality training and resource materials with the goal of providing all operational and corporate staff with detailed, role appropriate understanding of the main applications. As well as using traditional training and documentation methods, the trainer for this project will also be using the E-learning platform to produce and distribute training materials.
The successful candidate will need to be comfortable delivering not only technical skills training to users of different competency levels, but will also need to have an operational awareness (ie you will be expected to understand and train people on why and how each of the systems is used in the context of delivering the overall service). You must have the ability to highlight not just how to use the application, but why correct use is both important to the business and beneficial to the end user.
The trainer will be responsible for the production of high quality developmental resources and materials for the full range of functionality as well as being instrumental in the design and creation of E-learning content.
The role will also involve the creation of an E-learning strategy designed to ensure that training is delivered quickly and easily to multiple remote sites simultaneously and that the success of that delivery can be measured and where necessary improved.
The successful candidate will be highly organised and motivated as you will be responsible for coordinating the training you deliver, ensuring that materials and resources are prepared in advance and managing their time effectively.

As the trainer will be providing support to multi-site operations, extensive travel between the UK and France and within France may be required. Fluency in both English and French is essential for this role.
