Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service over the phone.
- Handling customer enquiries with the aim to provide resolution in an efficient and effective manner.
- Encourage customer feedback and relay suggestions to the Supervisor/Manager
Must Have
- Experience working in customer service
- Handled inbound and/or outbound phone calls.
- Fluency in verbal and written communication in French and English.
- Good computer skills.
Office is located in South West London which is within walking distances to train or bus station nearby. Great train connections to and from Central London.
Training is fully provided with this job.
The operational hours are from Monday to Friday but only working five days a week . This is a full time temporary contract role.
