Fluent Dutch Senior Project Lead

Projektbeschreibung
Our client is looking for a fluent Dutch Senior Project Lead with experience in leading projects in local governments (knowledge of operation of a police and fire service is a plus), for a 12 Month+ contract role based in Ghent, Belgium
The senior project lead will perform the following tasks:
o assuming responsibility for the complete management of multiple projects.
o Management of the project-related budgets.
o Preparation of project approach and planning.
o Project coordinator- and reporting according to agreements for project operation.
o Coordination with and between other projects and project teams.
o Controlling multi-disciplinary project team members and key users.
o Organize the necessary internal consultations and consultations with the customer in question.
o Organizing the acceptance and dissemination of project results.
o Reporting to management and customers.
The candidate must have proven skills from several following projects:
o At least five years, preferably 10 years experience as a project manager.
o Extensive knowledge gained in leading projects and project management methodologies such as:
- Prince2
- PMBOK
- Agile/SCRUM
o Knowledge in the following application areas: Customer Relationship Management (CRM Microscoft), digital signature, file management, content management platforms, Intranet solutions.
o Experience in leading projects within local authorities.
o Preferably knowledge of the workings of a police and fire department organization.
o Extensive experience in conducting public procurement.
o Experience in drafting, negotiating, concluding and managing contracts and SLAs with suppliers.
The candidate should by training and experience to have a thorough knowledge of .
o The planning, coordination and budgetary management of projects, preferably in the public sector
o The simultaneous control of multiple project teams with internal and external staff (analysts, developers, vendors, testers, ...) and key users.
o Organizing the necessary internal consultations and consultations with stakeholders
o Organizing the acceptance and dissemination of project results.
o Presenting and reporting project results at management level.
o Coordinating and executing activities within purchases are subject to the procurement legislation.
