Floorwalker - SC Cleared

My client is looking for SC Cleared Floorwalkers to work in Derby to start either 26th November

7 x SCE's required to be part of the core engineering team doing a mixture of deployments and floorwalking as part of the Win7 project. The shift pattern will vary as to what role they are assigned to do each week if they are doing deployments the shift times are 15.00 - 01.30 and if doing floorwalking the shift times are 07.00 - 17.30 below are the key activities for each role

Deployments
#The migration of all in scope devices as per the agreed schedule.
#Adherence to all process. documentation as advised and inducted by the lead deployment engineer.
#The collection of all Legacy assets as per the agreed schedule and secure storage in preparation for wipe and removal.
#Completion of any paperwork as advised by the lead deployment engineer.
#Ensure the work area that has been deployed has been left in a tidy and professional manner.

Floorwalking
#Day 1 support of all migrated users as directed by the Site Deployment manager, the lead floorwalker and the completed deployment schedule as received from the evening deployment team.
#Ensure all issues from end users are logged centrally with the HP support desk and are routed correctly to the Windows 7 queue.
#Proactively manage all logged issues on behalf of the user through to conclusion where possible.
#Feedback to Site Deployment Manager or lead floorwalker suggested areas of improvement or areas of constant issue with end users.
