Floor Walker/Desktop Engineer - Win 7/MS Office - Aberdeen

I am currently recruiting for an Oil & Gas Company based in Aberdeen for an initial 3 month contract.

Please take a look at the spec below:

DAILY DUTIES:
- Day One support for teams implementing O/S upgrades using packaged software.
- Expedite hardware replacement delivery and subsequent Day One support for individuals identified
- Work under direction of the Deployment Coordinator / Deployment Specialist
- Assist in decommission of retired devices and commissioning of new equipment in the deployment lab

SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Knowledge of Windows 7 / Vista
- Base understanding of CVX implementation of both operating systems
- Troubleshooting / RCA skills in relation to both operating systems and solid understanding and use of the administrative tools available and relevant support processes to resolve Day One issues
- Customer facing role thus requires good communication skills.

PREFERRED:
Offshore certification
