Capita Social Care are currently recruiting for a mental health floating support worker, in the Birmingham area to start immediately.
The main duties include:
* To provide housing related support to clients with mental health, living independantly in their own homes.
* To help the clients with housing benefit forms, tenancy agreements, welfare benefits
* Supporting clients recovering from mental health problems
* Carrying a caseload of 8-12 clients
* Recording administration of medication
* Preparing case notes and reports
The ideal candidate will have the following:
* NVQ Level 3
* Be prepared to complete a Capita CRB
* At least a years experience, previously working with clients whose needs are related to mental health issues.
