TUI Marine operates five water sports resorts of 'Sunsail Clubs', three windsurfing centres with 'Club Vass' and over 1,000 canal boats in 'LeBoat'.

Outline of Role:
Sourcing and reserving flight itineraries for Sunsail bookings & overseas staff.

What You'll Be Doing

Primary Detailed Description:
- IATA ticketing & accounting
- General CRS administration i.e. queue management, ticket reports, special requests
- Creation of flight records on in-house reservations system and maintaining information
- Communicating flight schedule changes/updates to Administration and Customer Services
- Sourcing and reserving flight itineraries ensuring flight costs are competitive including regionals
- Accounting and reconciliation of flight buy-ins from overseas airlines / suppliers / tour operators
- Organise flight itineraries for press trip and educational trips where necessary
- To attend/cover shows & exhibitions when required, assisting with flight requests
- Arrange all outbound and inbound travel for overseas staff
- Provide quotations for clients to include ticketing deadlines and cancellation/refund policies and alternative cost effective options
- Handle email enquiries for Direct and Third Party Tour Operator seat sale requests

Support Cover:
- To support the issuing and sending of passenger manifests to overseas resorts/airlines on an ad hoc basis
- To support incoming calls and email seat sale on an ad hoc basis
- To support the preparation and issue of travel itineraries, documents and tickets and complete all necessary associated administration on an ad hoc basis
- Handle incoming seat sale telephone enquiries on an ad hoc basis

What We're Looking For
- At least 1 years experience of the travel industry
- Training and experience on CRS (Amadeus preferable)
- Good Team Player & Customer Focussed
- Adaptability in terms of broad range of requirements of role
- A knowledge of scheduled airline fares and ticketing
