We have a position working for a large event in Glasgow starting asap until August 2014.
The person undertaking this position will be responsible for maintaining strong lines of communication with Drivers and Fleet Dispatch.

This position will suit people from a Logistics, Military or will have Transport or Radio Controller experience.

Key responsibilities
• Receive and relay transport orders from Fleet Dispatch staff to Driver Team Leads and/or Volunteer Drivers out on task in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain close communications with Fleet Dispatch staff, updating status and Fleet Management system.
• Maintain Driver location map.
• Control and command, in real time, a large pool of drivers and vehicles to service a group of clients who will both pre-book travel requests and require on-demand walk-up services.

You will be required to work a variety of shift patterns and you must have a full driving licence and be over 25 for insurance purposes.
