Fleet Procurement Specialist

The Fleet Senior Procurement Specialist will manage a portfolio of Fleet contracts to support the efficient and compliant operation of Organisation's Company Car Fleet.

We will be looking for someone with:

Excellent organisational skills including data and document management

Experience working with Microsoft Office packages, specifically excel spreadsheets and MS Powerpoint and word

Fleet professional with at least 5 years experience of Managing large outsourced company car contracts

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate reports and analysis

Strong organisational skills, flexibility and good timekeeping

The post holder must be self motivated.

Ability to work accurately within deadlines using their own initiative

Ability to lead and articulate Engineering and contractual based discussions

Have at least 5 years experience in a Car Fleet background

Competent using Microsoft Office applications specifically excel spreadsheets and MS Powerpoint and word

Computer literate, with the ability to learn business systems such as SAP, Ariba and Achilles

Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholder and external suppliers

Extensive knowledge in Fleet Management disciplines

Ability to write and articulate reports to Senior Stakeholders

Requirement to Audit key suppliers against contractual KPI's and compliance

Key Tasks:

Works with The Category Manager Fleet team to execute the category sourcing activities of the teams objectives by providing technical support in Managing all fleet related contracts

Manage Company Car Voucher review with HR Business Partners.

Manage day to day operation of the Company Car Fleet.

Manage strategic partnership with outsourced Fleet Management provider

Manage other fleet related outsourced contracts, including Incident Management and Driver Risk Management.

Leading Fleet related discussions with Internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Develops operational level customer/LoB, and supplier relationships

Provide general support for projects and other sub categories as needed
