Fleet Manager/3 Month + Contract/Essex

FLEET MANAGER/HIGHWAYS AND TRANSPORTATION/CPC/JANUARY START/3 MONTH CONTRACT/LOCATED IN ESSEX.

Capita are urgently recruiting for an experienced Fleet Manager, to be located on our clients' site in Essex. This position is for an initial 3 month contract, to start the beginning of January.

As a Fleet Manager must have strong Legal Transport Operational experience. You will be held responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of our clients' fleet operation, at a senior management level. You must have proven experience in managing and delivering complex projects, hold excellent customer service skills, be comfortable in managing and leading teams, ability to identify effective, efficient and cost saving processes, deal with stakeholders and obtain strong negotiation skills.

ESSENTIALS SKILLS:

- You must have legal knowledge of Transport Operational requirements
- Experience working within the fleet vehicle industry to VOSA standards
- Experience in delivering high profile, complex projects
- Stakeholder management
- Excellent communication skills
- CPC is desirable but not essential.
