Projektbeschreibung
Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance on managing the return of material handling equipment
- Follow guidelines on return policy and understand multiple options available
- Coordinate the pickup of expired leased vehicles from the facility
- Coordinate with Lessors and site contacts on pickup of equipment and repair bills
- Completion of assigned daily tasks; includes data entry into the fleet management Excel sheet
- Ensure correct data input and report generation as required
- Interfacing with other departments in matters relating to vehicle fleet maintenance and policy
- Manage confidential information
- Scan all documents, e-file and file to appropriate file folders
- Any other duties as assigned
Skills:
- High level of organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast pace environment with deadlines
- Experience in a professional office environment
- Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, and ability to learn internal systems
- Experience with material handling equipment fleet disposition
- Ability to work effectively with others
- Self-motivation and drive
- Ability to work at a fast-pace and learn products, systems, and sales management processes
