Projektbeschreibung

We are seeking Fleet Administrator for 3 month contract position in Duluth, GA.

Responsibilities:
Provide assistance on managing the return of material handling equipment
Follow guidelines on return policy and understand multiple options available
Coordinate the pickup of expired leased vehicles from the facility
Coordinate with Lessors and site contacts on pickup of equipment and repair bills
Completion of assigned daily tasks; includes data entry into the fleet management Excel sheet
Ensure correct data input and report generation as required
Interfacing with other departments in matters relating to vehicle fleet maintenance and policy
Manage confidential information
Scan all documents, e-file and file to appropriate file folders
Any other duties as assigned

Skills:
High level of organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast pace environment with deadlines
Experience in a professional office environment
Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, and ability to learn internal systems
Experience with material handling equipment fleet disposition
Ability to work effectively with others
Self-motivation and drive
Ability to work at a fast-pace and learn products, systems, and sales management processes
