Fixed Asset Accountant - Mobile Telecoms

A Fixed Asset Accountant is required to join a finance team within a pioneering Mobile Telecoms organisation.

The Fixed Asset Accountant will carry out a crucial role in managing and reporting on fixed assets. You will manage the business Asset Register which includes reporting requests from shareholders, you will ensure that processes for both additions and disposals are adequately defined and efficiently delivered. You will create and maintain standard cost templates, manage the businesses monthly fixed asset accounting and reporting which includes reconciliations as appropriate.

In addition to this, the Fixed Asset Accountant will manage day to day relationships with stakeholders, internal and external and carry out regular interface with shareholders and delivery teams. You will take ownership of key fixed asset KPIs and assist with the periodical updating of standard costs, impairment provisions and other asset related issues.

Candidates are required to have trained for an appropriate professional qualification ACA/CIMA/ACCA and will have carried out a similar role within a fast paced environment. You will have strong attention to detail, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
