FIX Connectivity Certification Consultant

My client is looking for a senior FIX Certification Consultant to work onsite at one of their core clients. You must have prior tangible experience in the certification, support and tracking of of FIX connectivity within a Global Trading environment specifically within Futures and Options trading.

Typically the successful candidate will possess:

o Core understanding of and experience in futures and options certifications
o Understanding of the delivery life cycle including testing and certification
o Knowledge of the Capital Markets industry with some exposure to electronic trading and FIX
o Understanding of equities and futures transactions and the associated FIX messaging implementations
o Understanding and experience with various certifications including algos
o Experience executing and coordinating software testing efforts, and communicating issues and status to management.
o Experience with multiple FIX Engines.
o Knowledge of certification processes and general understanding of overall software development life cycle.
o Experience coordinating multiple certification or testing efforts and communicating issues and status to management.
o Experience with development, testing, deployment and release processes, best practices, and tools to facilitate delivery of high quality and resilient solutions
