A leading provider of IT communication services is currently recruiting for a First Line Support - Level 3 to join their expanding team at their prestigious offices in Milton Keynes.

You will be required to provide client users with front line helpdesk support and perform a range of technical tasks with any hardware and software issues. Taking inbound calls from users with technical issues with the view to resolve at first contact while providing a high level of customer service to internal and external customers. Troubleshooting Microsoft software issues with emphasis on Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as responding efficiently to enquiries and effectively resolving any issues, including complex incidents that have been escalated.

Previous experience working within an IT Service Desk support role, gained from within a contact centre is essential. With a strong understanding and working knowledge of IT desktop concepts. You will have substantial customer service experience with a proactive approach to solutions. Understanding and working knowledge of IT desktop concepts. With your positive 'can do' attitude, you will have great listening skills and be able to multi task to be able to manage a demanding workload in this fast paced and service level orientated role. You will be required to work on a shift pattern between 7am and 7pm, Monday to Sunday.
