Connect44 is looking for First line expert for project in Istanbul

* Description: Troubleshooting in E2E environment
* Ability to drive architecture design and reviews on business projects from 1st line operational view
* Help Level 1 operations on benchmark to indentify bottlenecks, and provide guidance to design an efficient operation model
* Telecom and/or IT Industry experience
* Global NOC experience
* Good experience about IT and NW 1st Line Operations
* Has multivendor and multitechnologies experience (NSN, E///, Huawei, ZTE, ALU, Cisco, HP, Oracle, Sun, etc.)
* Good understanding of ITIL/ETOM processes and ability to manage E2E processes to 1st Line Operations
* Good understanding of 1st Line Operation's scope
* Experience about other operators' 1st line operations models and can compare them
* Able to define new 1st Line Operation models for the most efficiency according to the company and country's realities
* Able to find new methods in order to reduce utilization per person and to increase efficient
* Able to develop IT and NW monitoring capabilities
* Able to merge IT and NW 1st Line Operations according to other operators' models
* Able to design E2E services and to manage their operation
* Manage and run the interactions with business teams
* Good ability to manage 1st Line Operations in case on any crisis
* Excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills
* Cross domain experience (CN, RAN, Transport and IT)
* Lead Consultant - E2E Traffic Monitoring Solution
* Perform As-Is Situation Analysis
* Perform Gap Analysis
* Provide Recommendations
* Define Roadmap for future state view
* Identify process groups and overall business process framework view
* Describes procedures contained within sub processes
