Key responsibilities of the Financial Services Administrator will include:
- Monitoring all work performed in the international transaction processing team
- Ensuring work meeting timescales and service levels
- Provide feedback to the processing team
- Monitor work into the rejections queue to ensure reasons for rejection and associated correspondence are correct
- Collate statistics for management
The ideal Financial Services Administrator will possess the following skills and experience:
- At least 1 years experience in Financial services
- Strong administrative skills, ideally within the Financial Services sector
- Experience taking ownership of complaints and resolving escalated cases
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate initiative in the organisation and prioritization of their day to day tasks
- Computer literacy together with a working knowledge of Microsoft office products, particularly Excel is an essential skill set for this role
