The functional administrator performs functional maintenance of the consolidation and reporting tools, supports the users worldwide upon the use of these tools and translates business needs (ie, support the building of interface files) into functional solutions. Functional maintenance activities include updating dimensions, logic and business rules as part of the change and incident management processes. This also includes supporting end user questions.
