Financial Reporting Specialist - SME in SAP AO or BEx (4574)

For a long term project at our client's site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced FINANCIAL REPORTING SPECIALIST - SME IN SAP AO OR BEX (4574).

You will be working in the Group Reporting/External Reporting team within Reporting and Analytics Services in Zurich. Their role is to maintain and develop reports based on SAP AO used for external quarterly and annual reports and reporting to regulators and the Group.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

-3+ YEARS WORKING EXPERIENCE AS A FINANCIAL REPORTING SPECIALIST, PREFERABLY IN THE FINANCIAL SERVICES INDUSTRY, WITH A SOLID UNDERSTANDING OF FINANCIAL DATA, DATA STRUCTURES AND EXTERNAL REPORTING
-STRONG REPORTING KNOWLEDGE AS AN SME SUPER USER IN SAP ANALYSIS FOR OFFICE/SAP BEX
-EXPERT USER IN SAP ANALYSIS FOR OFFICE/SAP BEX
-EXPERT USER OF MS EXCEL, preferably also covering VBA
- IFRS 9 knowledge is a plus

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Maintain and develop Financial Reports as a SME Super User which are setup in MS Excel (including VBA) using SAP Analysis for Office (AO) based on the Group Consolidation and Reporting System
- Change the current default reports to cope with IFRS 9 Reporting Requirements as stipulated by the Group Accounting report owners
- Act as the SME to translate the Business Requirements for report changes or new reports brought forward by the Group Accounting report owners
- Collaborate closely with other teams in Reporting and Analytics Services, Group Accounting, IFRS 9 Project Team and IT Support
