Financial Reporting Specialist/Analyst - CognosTM1 and SAP AO

For our banking client we are currently looking for a

Financial Reporting Specialist/Analyst - Cognos TM1 and SAP R3/AO

Start date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months
Location: Zurich

Your tasks:

- develop data structure and logic as per the Legal Entity reporting requirements
- act as the interface between the Legal Entity accounting/reporting function and IT for collating requirements and specifications for new developments and testing new functionalities
- develop data structure and logic for the Legal Entity reporting requirements
- maintain and improve the data interfaces between finance data warehouse, the Oracle database and the Reporting Tool
- collaborate closely with other teams in RAS, Accounting, Business Division and Regional CFO areas

The ideal candidate shall bring:

- FINANCIAL REPORTING AND ACCOUNTING EXPERIENCE
- EXPERT/SUPER USER IN COGNOS TM1/HYPERION AND SAP R3/AO
- EXPERT/SUPER USER IN EXCEL PREFERABLY INCLUDING VBA
- degree in Finance or Economics
- very good reporting knowledge in management and financial reporting systems (IBM TM1/Cognos or Hyperion, SAP Analysis for Office super user. Oracle is nice to have)
- good understanding of financial data and data structures
- 3+ years of experience in financial reporting, preferably in the financial services industry
- fluent in English
- diligent and highly structured and organized
- comfortable in working within tight schedules and deadlines
