Financial Reporting Director

Our client is a pharmaceutical company and is looking for a Finance Director to drive some of their financial reporting processes. The Financial Director will work at our client for at least 6 months.

The Financial Director:

. Drive the development of a fair view of the current position of the entities to enable management to take the right decisions at the right time, particularly from an actuals perspective.
. Drive the development and implementation of internal reporting processes and Sarbox documentation to manage actuals reporting and above country activities for segmental disclosure.
. Ensure actuals reporting, such as organization of financial closings, consolidation reviews, analyses and sign-off, for management.
. Drive the segment 'story line' for quarterly and annual results announcements for Corporate Investor Relations.
. Ensure the Finance organization, legal entities, regions and functions produce timely and accurate data and analyses to meet financial reporting requirements.

The Financial Director is/has:

. at least 10 years of experience in senior finance roles
. proven experience in implementation of financial reporting processes
. continuous improvement minded
. exposure to international activities
