Projektbeschreibung

My client, a leading International Investment Bank, has a new opening for a senior Financial Reporting specialist with significant financial or regulatory reporting experience for a long term rolling contract. This is a high profile initiative and will provide the individual with significant exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to be part of the development of the future FC function.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Role is in a project environment: Working in collaboration with the other FC sub functions, streamline processes, create efficiencies and implement consistent controls (LEAN review) so as to put the firm in a position where
- Consolidation and Reporting (C+R) responsibilities are delivered earlier in the Year-End close cycle. Specifically;
- Identify and analyse problem drivers, as well as opportunities to create efficiencies and improve processes and controls which will enable C+R to complete the Year End Reporting cycle earlier.
- Design solutions and implement into Future State processes to improve and reduce the year-end process
- Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Operational Risk Framework and internal Banking Policies and Standards.

- Ability to take ownership and responsibility, proactively managing work through to completion, within deadlines.

- Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Access & PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of accounting (IFRS/FINREP) or regulatory (CRD IV/CoRep)
