Financial Project Coordinator Job

FINANCIAL PROJECT COORDINATOR needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Bridgewater, NJ.

The Big Picture:
- The Project Coordinator will work under the Program Lead for a North American Finance Project.
- The project has multiple Finance Business Leads, a Financial System Lead and a SAP Technical Lead. This is a complex project that impacts business processes, as well as system changes.
- The ideal candidate will be able to understand various parts of the Finance business (ie AP, Treasury, and Accounting) at a high-level and have a basic understanding of SAP/IS technologies.
- This role will require strong communication and organization skills.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage the Program Mgmt. Office activities, specifically planning, running and managing regular project meetings
-including coordination and logistics of the meeting, facilitation of the meeting, meeting minutes/follow-up, etc.
- Maintain a detailed project plan and manage the issues and/or action log, as well as other project deliverables and document storage/sharing needs of the project team (Sharepoint/eRoom/etc.)
- Assist the Program Lead in organizing and tracking budget activities, developing/updating executive presentations and other communications, as well as other coordination tasks as needed.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Basic understand of the Payment and Account Management Processes (AP, Treasury, Accounting)
- Knowledge of SAP FI
- Ability to facilitate client status meetings and explain incidents
- Ability to triage incidents and follow up with relevant team
- Ability to escalate incidents appropriately
- MS Excel and Project knowledge
