Financial Process Analyst

Responsible for supporting various accounting and finance initiatives ensuring changes to underlying accounting policies, procedures, systems, processes and work flow are effectively implemented and meet all established Accounting standards and goals/objectives. Support the design and implementation of assigned Accounting projects including identification and tracking of specific project plans or tasks, documentation of changes, timelines of project milestones and the resolution of issues which may arise during or after project implementation. Provide troubleshooting skills to effectively resolve problems. Analyze and support the integration of changes in accounting processes, workflow, procedures and chart of account elements.

SKILLS:

- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field and a minimum of three years related experience are required.
- Must have at least 3 years experience.
- Knowledge and experience with financial management procedures and techniques; and project management skills is required.
- The candidate should have strong analytical skills
- Resourcefulness to anticipate, define and help to implement solutions.
- Must be able to think/act strategically in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Extensive experience and knowledge with Microsoft Office including the ability to perform pivot tables and V-look ups, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
