For our banking client we are currently looking for a FINANCIAL PMO
Start date: ASAP
End date: 31/12/2017
Location: Zurich
Your tasks
- Maintain program budgets and ensure accuracy of forecast data and other programme financials
- Resource management and contract management.
- Supporting the preparation of the monthly forecast process and working with the various teams
- Understanding of the project and business accounting processes namely, accruals, prepayments and cost ledgers.
- Acting as the point for communication on any queries in relation to the financial process and follow up any actions
- Ensure that internal and external requirements and requests for information are met to a high standard;
- Ensuring department operates efficiently and within the required process time frame
The ideal candidate shall bring
- a university degree
- 3-5+ years of experience in the area of financial management Project-, Program- and Portfolio area
- Experience in working with Project Management related tools (eg MS Project, Clarity, etc.)
- Good knowledge of project financial planning and tracking
- Very strong interpersonal skills, able to work and communicate on all hierarchical levels
- Experience in the area of IT Risk management is a plus
- Financial degree is a plus
- Proven English skills, German is a plus
- detail oriented, with structured, organized, methodical planning skills
- eager to solve complex problems with multidisciplinary teams under high pressure
- conscientious and resilient
