Financial Planning and Reporting Analyst

Harvey Nash is looking for a Financial Planning and Reporting Analyst for a 4 + month project in Switzerland.

You are responsible for

. Managing monthly closing activities like accruals, re-bookings in collaboration with IT & HR Service Managers and the accounting department
. Preparing monthly reporting and variance analysis (cost/FTE)
. Ensuring proper charging from service organization to service receivers
. Providing and consolidating forecasts and budgets for cost/headcount
. Preparing ad hoc analysis as required

Requirements

. 2-4 years of relevant experience in Finance department (Controlling) of international companies where she/he acquired experience in cost analysis, project tracking and actuals vs budget reporting
. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance or commercial training
(eg vocational qualification in accounting)
. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, analytical skills and attention to details
. Expert knowledge of ExcelGerman (a plus)
