Financial Planning Analyst

Are you an experienced Financial Planning Analyst seeking a new opportunity?

An exciting contract has arisen to join the finance team for a Nuclear Site in Preston. The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing, preparing, improving and developing the financial analysis and models that support the corporate financial planning process, consolidating multiple business units and legal entities and currencies.

Duties/Responsibilities:
o To provide financial support, develop financial models and analysis to diverse UK businesses, for bids, proposals and offers made to internal and external customers.
o Delivering the monthly management reporting requirements of the business in line with WEC and Toshiba month end policies, procedures and timescales.
o Maintain & Develop cost control and budget reporting in all areas of the business for managers decision making
o Improve compliance reporting and ensure policy and procedures are agreed and adhered to in line with management systems
o Active involvement in improvement initiatives/projects specifically relating to project management and controls.
o Support and deliver regional reporting requirements through the use of SOPAR systems with on time accurate information
