Financial Modeller

A large Acute NHS Trust in London currently requires an Interim Financial Modeller for a period of two to three months, to support with a large scale tender exercise in relation to out-patient services.

The successful candidate will be required to support with the financial aspects of the tender process.

You will also be required to provide financial support and advice to senior colleagues across Clinical and Non-Clinical departments and will create and maintain bespoke financial models. The purpose of this role is to understand the impacts of a proposed new model of care. The model you produce must therefore also demonstrate the impact this tender and new care Pathway will have on resources as well as costs.

In addition, you will lead on analysis/modelling of the current service cost base and income in order to assess the impact that a non-successful bid would have on the Trust.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional NHS financial modelling skills coupled with experience of producing financial models to support major bids or tenders. In addition, experience within the Acute sector is strongly preferred for this role.
