Develop your career as a Financial Crime Prevention Business Readiness Advisor with an organisation that puts the needs of its customers and its people at the heart of every decision it makes. When it comes to keeping their customers' accounts safe, it's vital that the Financial Crime Prevention systems are always high performance, cost-effective, and easy to use. As an FCP Business Readiness Advisor, you will review the various ways the client approaches potential crimes, and support any changes that'll boost our customer service and overall performance. This also means working closely with the IT Change department - giving their Operations teams, and their managers, the right project plans and RAID logs to help them understand any changes that'll affect them.

To join the organisation as an FCP Business Readiness Advisor, you will need knowledge of managing, organising and acting on small but significant changes to FCP, as well as interpreting the business and technical needs that could impact on them. You must be able to question and challenge their current procedures, you will make your voice heard amongst their project managers and internal stakeholders â with reports and communications that simplify, and clarify, complex data.
