FINANCIAL ANALYST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Huntsville, AL.

POSSESSION OF A SECURITY CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED AS A CONDITION FOR EMPLOYMENT.

TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

- Five to eight (5-8) years of financial related experience.
- 10+ years of related Cost Analysis experience in a Government environment
- Active Secret clearance

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Completion of detailed Program Office estimates using the Automated Cost Estimating Integrated tools (ACEIT).
- Performing continuing cost analysis and cost estimating functions relating to the development, acquisition and operation of Unmanned Aircraft Systems, major items, or support equipment. Results of analysis will be utilized for making critical milestone decisions throughout the life cycle of the system.
- Identify, integrate, and synthesize divergent aspects of systems(s) cost analysis/cost estimating program including receipt and adaption of inputs from various related Programs and functions for the supporting project office.
- Will participate in cost analyses studies that require the identification and correlation of operational and cost factors in a great variety of operational situations associated with system(s) development, production and deployment effort.
- Typical of studies are comparative analyses of cost models for alternative systems including correlation between scheduled technical requirements and cost; Comparative analyses of relationships among cost growth, and contract changes; Independent studies and estimates of equipment system development and production changes; and analyses of cause and effect cost relationships arising from diversity in specific operational program objectives and similar studies developed from analysis of other related programs.
- Develops program cost estimates for RDT contracts definition plan and original quantity; original plan and current quantity; current approved program and current estimate (estimate Cost of current approved program and estimated cost of total service program).
- Prepares Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs) for proposed contract activities and reviews Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs)for validity, accuracy and completeness of cost data.
- Serves as an expert in preparation of Business Case Analyses (BCAs) and Cost Benefit Analyses (CBAs) both preparing reviewing and assisting others in preparing these analyses.
- Provide analytic support to senior personnel and decision makers to identify and solve various problems.
- Plan/develop/gather acquisition programmatic/technical/schedule data.
- Develop cost and economic analysis to include cost estimating, independent government estimates, cost benefit analysis, earned value management, scheduling analysis and/or Price analysis.
- Conduct analyses of key operational and support issues affecting agency allocation decisions in support of an acquisition milestone decision process.
- Identify and/or analyze organization and process interfaces affecting analyses to establish programs
- Use rigorous methods of logic and scientific discipline to design, develop and adapt mathematical cost models that will be used to evaluate the cost of various weapons systems and programs.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelors Degree in Finance or a related business discipline.
- Five to eight (5-8) years of financial related experience.
- 10+ years of related Cost Analysis experience in a Government environment
