Financial Controlling Reporting Analyst (m/f)

Scope:

- Process impact analysis for all operational activities impacted by S15 such as Management Information, KPI reporting, commercial steering functions, planning, budgeting, controlling processes, Month end closing/Year end closing, Business Rules and other topics with Fit/Gap management of local controlling, planning and analysis processes to the new global S15 process and its applications
- Verification, prioritisation and evaluation of business requirements following client's CBM process and S15 scope
- Preparation of RDDs due to business requirements which have been issued by project team and line business staff in compliance with the applicable local and global standard project and demand management methodologies (EVO SAP, IT and BI)
- Amendment and extension of the local reporting and MI structure including mapping to the global HFM CoA and reporting structure in compliance with the applicable local and global HFM CoA policy and their underlying rules and framework
- Support of workshops and task force measures
- Skillset to transform requirements of multiple parties from project and line business into common IT/BI compliant RDDs
- Quality assurance and alignment with IT/BI demand management on RDDs and subsequent SDDs
- Support the creation of test Matrix and end to end test scenarios against the background of the RDD and SDD content
- Support test procedures through precise tracking RDD and SDD content and test results
- Manage permanent alignment with S15 financial compliance teams to reflect and consider latest developments accordingly for financial controlling
- Support controlling project management (ie planning, status reporting etc)

Skill Set:

- Profound expert knowledge of financial controlling, analysis and planning and in particular mobile telecommunication industry reporting and KPI structures
- Profound expert knowledge of financial accounting and in particular IFRS15 and IFRS16 and the specifics of IFRS in the mobile telecommunication industry (to be of advantage)
- Profound experience in major IT, Finance and Controlling projects
- Deep knowledge and experience in SAP ERP, BI and controlling applications
- MS projects
